Rodent Flea Control Bait

Kaput Rodent Flea Control Bait is NOT lethal to the target rodents.

This product is used to aid in the reduction of flea populations on California Ground Squirrel and Prairie Dogs.  By eliminating the fleas, it can significantly reduce the dangers from the plague. The Bait can be used in parks, golf courses, alfalfa, wheta , oat fields, rangeland, pastures, non-crop right of ways and other non-crop areas. It may also be used in fruit-tree orchards during the dormant season.

Kaput Rodent Flea Control Bait is formulated with high quality grains for acceptance and palatability and Imidacloprid which is a systemic insecticide, often used for flea control on pets. This innovative product is EPA registered and is currently being used to help protect the endangered Black Footed Ferret.

Recommended Application*:

• During times that the rodents are readily accepting grains, simply scatter ½ cup of the bait by each burrow opening. By scattering the bait, the rodent utilizes their natural foraging behavior and limits exposure to non-targets.
• Reapply bait every other day for 3-4 applications

* Use tamper-resistant bait stations when children, pets, or non-target wildlife are present.
